I've never seen DJ Promo state that this is Josh Guru's Infinity music...(Up Yours without credit the original producer) so it's not a DJ Promo track only his remix, And this track a remix and for another remix :D And yes this version is totally sh!t.

credits did matter around that time
Hip hop was nothing without samples...and so is hardcore.

BTW i agree -D-fence sucks

Yes, there is only one rule for using samples. If you use a certain 1-2 seconds of it, you don't need to mention the original and therefore hip hop is a different category. But here Promo used the whole tune. Let's say it happens in a lot of music that the original artist is not mentioned.

So the real title is Guru Josh - Infinity (Promo Up Yours Remix) (D-Fence Remix)? The title sucks as much the remix does.
