Give it time. Now everyone technically can produce Hardcore, but not everyone had the education and dedication like the older artists who wont buy fancy hardware for over 9000 € if they wouldn't at least a little know what they're doing.

If you have it all for free, it's possible to produce everything, but not everything good. They need experience and need to learn - even more, because free VST stuff and samples give the illusion of "getting at that". But, they will always arise new producers who have it all, talent and the best producing stuff at their hands. But old artists will have to make room for them. And the china flu isn't doing it :D
