Lol. The vocal at the beginning is completely out of time with the music, its awful, its actually painful how Akira has tried to cover it up by adding snares every bar to try and match the vocal in time....and still fails. Rest of the track is rubbish. Its called Rave 2055 and it sounds like something from 1995, same style as he always had, same as Drokz, 2 over rated and poor producers.

Put down the pipe man.

I haven't paid too much attention to Akira but you're 100% right with the Drokz part - i was just listening to the latest Thunderdome and as soon as i heard a track on it i just knew "this must be Drokz", i checked my phone and sure enough it was a Drokz track. You just know because it's always the same.

Drokz has done some really good tracks in the past, early Cunt Records stuff, Rebelscum 11 as Coffee Core, I can't Be Dissed on North Radical, a lot of the Creatures of The Occult stuff and tracks Mask Records. BUT, yeah most output from him for a few years now is pretty bad.

Rather than ALWAYS being mediocre, it seems to me as getting worse through the years. I think it's quite wrong to say he's always sounded the same and always bad.
