No, it isn't. Hardstyle.com/Juno/Google Play store version has 4:02, Spotify/Deezer/Tidal/Google Play stream version has 4:12. Sometimes so called extendeds are shorter than so called edits, for example "Infirium & D-Verze feat. Yuna-X – Disappeared" (6:31 album edit vs. 6:04 original mix) or "Wasted Penguinz – Euphoria" (4:31 edit vs. 4:28 extended).
