Garbage dutch hardcore, cheesy synth heard 100000 times before, same kicks, same formula same everything. The epitome of dutch hardcore sound, stuck in the 1990 early 2000s and never progressed. Synth at 4:00 on the Phoenix is LOLZ!

indeed, the kick is the main issue for me too. Also when the main part starts after the excellent breakdown, the whole tracks kinda has less volume and power than before. Demimonde is cool.

Awesome releases, The Phoenix is a new masterpiece from the master Ophidian... almost made me cry, the amount of love inside the song is indescribable.

I played both these tracks on a full nightclub set-up with concert speakers, just because I thought these kicks are so shit, maybe theyve been designed to sound awesome on a big rig? but no. I don't know why he uses these horrible kicks, he was using waaaay better ones on his very first enzyme releases. These tracks sound like a huge step down from 15 17 years ago!
