uhm, I was about to yell "fake!", but where did you get that 256 kbps source from since the track has only been released on soundcloud without download (128 kbps) and youtube (192k aac)? I checked the frequencies, the cut really comes only after 16.5 kHz instead of the 128k version with 15.5 kHz (and even less for the youtube version). Plus it is 0.2 dB louder :D
Is there a higher bitrate available on soundcloud (or with one of the Pro plans?)

youtube rip.. (vbr v0 goes higher than 16.5 khz but yt-rips are cut off there)

I always download Soundcloud tracks in MP3Fiber. It is suppose to let you download it in 320 kbps but I don't really know if it's the actual quality.

impossibruuu. check with spek and look where it cuts. prob at 16k :D
so your downloader prob is just a fake shit upconverter which blows up the filesize :o)
