This is not Happy Hardcore, is Powerstomp (Uk Hardcore sub-genre)

It should be ok. Every UK Hardcore sub-genre is being treated like happy hardcore so we can distinguish them from mainstream hardcore, even freeform is being labeled as happy hardcore.
