I don't see much benefits of ul.to for a user w/o premium account other than you have to wait 30 secs (vs. rapidgator's usual 2 mins, though sometimes they lower it to 30 secs as well) before you enter captcha and download starts. D/l speed is the same 50 KB/sec for an unregistered user, a bit faster for a free registered user but there's 3 hours' (vs. rapidgator's 2 hours') cooldown between downloads + "poor" ul.to even tries to make you turn off Adblock (fixable by adding a custom filter setting). Also uploads at ul.to seem to be more short-lived than at rapidgator.
