It's a scene release and the scene rules restrict to use only hardcore/techno genre tags for everything related to hardcore/hardstyle/techno. There's no hardstyle, there're no subgenres like frenchcore/doomcore/makina/industrial/subground/fartstep and w/e other cool term someone invents after smoking another doobie.
So making cool notes about what'd be a proper genre in nfo is useless.

Scene rules: those things have to be updated much faster...

VBR for CD's instead of just 320? This isn't 2002 no more.

yeah, tell me about it. I don't understand the logic of keeping the good copies for yourself and giving us re-encoded/upconverted files. It's no different then just ripping from youtube. taking 192 files and upconverting them to 320 and calling it "WEB" lmao.

I swear these must be 15 year old kids lol.

You don't have a clue what you're talking about. Properly encoding from a lossless source isn't comparable to upconverting. Upconverting results in larger, but still poor quality, files. YouTube rips at 192kbps encoded at 320kpbs are still 192kbps, only with wasted space for frequencies that aren't present at 192kbps.
