Yep, on that one the frequencies cut off at 16Hz which means that it is 128 max

you can export any bitrate with any max-frequency, so it's not an indicator for low bitrates

yes but it is giving bits to frequencies that are not there, so they could also be exported to 128. when you use max frequency of 16hz on 320 the quality is the same as 128, that was what i was trying to explain.
