You are too young if you say real hardcore is 1999-2009... Real hardcore is the early years i think 2003 was the deadline. After 2003 still trash lot of mainstyle shit and this "new generation" killed the style.

I'm a real oldschool fanatic and how do you know the people doesnt listen oldschool too? I had a great memories this style when was the golden age, lot of real party people in old Thunderdome parties and came the new generation they kill the feeling and the style. Nowadays only i listen industrial hardcore and oldschool. The Industrial hardcore what i call hardcore.

Official MP3 Release Rules 3.1:
"Files/directories must only contain characters a-z A-Z 0-9 _ . - ()
This is to avoid problems with windows/linux-filesystem and ftp-servers."

So release tools are tuned to auto-replace not allowed chars by a fixed rules list (e.g. "&"-->"and", commas and points are usually skipped, etc). So HB's one had "="-->"is" rule.
And after release tool did its job noone will bother reviewing and manually changing folder/file names just to fix some minor grammar flaws these char replacements might incur. Especially if it's HB/MMS, lol.
