T3RDM sublabel or just a new promo series?

"Let’s get back to being creative" the site says...and then release such non creative, non experimental, non futuristic tracks. Sad..

#4

But that's what Promo's been doing since at least 10 years or even more. Maybe with occasional experimental tracks (like, mid-promotype ca. 2005?), but apart from that he's still largely making safe and basic tracks.
At least they sound good eh

#5

To this I finally agree!

#6

When you are running labels you tend to what's best for finances, I know that seems bit of an contradiction being he releases Gabber music, but that's the deal here.

Same thing with DJ Ruffneck and so on.

#7

So hardcore that sells or is produced for selling purpose isn't as good as it actually sounds?
Maybe folks need to stop seeking a new format within hardcore as mainstream / basic / standard hardcore will always be the hardcore the scene largely depends upon. It was then, is now and will be then! Which on itself is absolutely nothing wrong with. All stores where we buy exploit the exact same strategy. Yet because it's hardcore and "supposed" to be underdog underground those guys get all that bla bla their way.
As it will fill raves and attract new HC lovers.
IT all depends on tastes; likes and dislikes in which this reply box does not even remote come close towards resembling my difficult to describe tastes.

#8

I'm not saying anything about whether I like it or not. I'm just saying what is pretty obvious.

#9

If selling is the purpose, then make tracks that sell, no problem. But if the statement is "Let’s get back to being creative", then this release is not a really good release imo.

#10

copy paste is finally a good track from promo!!!
the first one in the last ten years!
