It's a fake 320 kbps. The CBR 128 kbps track has been converted to a CBR 320 kbps. The problem is that MP3 is a LOSSY algorythm so it's still a 128 and I can easily hear it and see it in the spectrum analyzer.
The track itself is quite good!

EDIT: It's not uploader's fault. The track was released in that crappy quality on Devotion's official download page :(
