That's what Google play sells and it's usual source for PITY releases. This release is neither transcode or web rip, it wasn't nuked and unless you can name their releases with subpar quality (while being sold at Google play with better quality) don't write bullshit about people providing you with free content, please.

It's a proof that you installed Spek and made a thumbnail-sized screenshot, these audio spectrums in no way confirm transcode.
Both screenshots show used and default for 320 kbps lowpass filter at 20,5 kHz. There's somewhat lacking visual density in 16-20 kHz range but it's typical for -q0 setting (compared to default -q3). Other from that there could be just assumptions and suspicions about general encoding source and exact encoder version/tool Google play uses, encodes from lossless made with Lame 3.99.5 are just different.
Anyway you should compare purchased/ripped for free through this "simple method" Google play's version vs. released by PITY - if there's no differences then blame Google play, not PITY.

How is this proof? Please buy this track from google play and compare it to what PITY released. If there's a difference, we would all like to know.

There's a lesson here, if you want quality, go with lossless. MP3 is designed to be lower quality to save space.
