I remember that SSK did that more often. I don't see the point of doing so...

SSK did what - upconverts?
It's not their fault, I guess. Usually quality depends on web-stores - what labels uploaded there. Beatport and Juno often sells wav files, which looks like upconverts from 192/320k mp3s. And they don't accept complans - "we sell what labels gave us". No moneyback or so.
Don't know what to do in that situation :(

do you even heard about Paypal? In 99% times they return money in such things like broken cd arrived, upconverted tracks, just add proofs and done.
