Yes but doesn't seem to be full version.
05:16 on vinyl ( http://www.discogs.com/DJ-Bike-Gabbe-Rome-EP/release/120138 ) compared to 04:57 on this one.
Track lengths of vinyl releases on Discogs are often incorrect. But if it isn't, 19 seconds difference is pretty much.
The only CD I can find it on in a non-mixed version is "Extreme 2000 compilation - Summer edition" ( http://www.discogs.com/Various-Extreme-2000-Compilation-Summer-Edition/release/336216 ), where it has a track length of 04:58. Same as this one though so presumably it's full version.

it's ripped from the cd "extreme 2000" you even can hear the beginning of the next track coming in at the end...

I find it most distressful to come to this conclusion.
Everyone expected the full track in true WEB format... Calling the label D-Boy Black "Re-mastered".
This is just a CD-rip with the only editing a very rapid fade out at the end of the track. And this being done by the hand of DJ Bike himself! What a shame.
