let's be honest. hardcore doesn't sell anymore. hardstyle (at the moment) is the right way or better rawstyle/rawcore. sad, bad truth. we need more upcoming artists bringing some new HARDcore stuff.

you're right, hardcore doesn't sell the way it did in the 90's and early 2000's, lots of people who I know that either used to produce or mix hardcore, shit, even people who used to just listen to it have fucked off to other genres and leeching music has obviously played a roll to whether you want to admit it or not but it's true you have to take that into consideration hardcore is not a scene as big as say house or techno, I also feel like the music changed way too much, but for the worst they don't make classics like they used to you know what i mean? I personally would rather listen to 90's stuff over anything in the past 10 years or so. but I also like my hardcore on the fast side and I like breakbeats in hardcore also.I think gabber needs to be revamped and bring back the real hard fucking core not hard house,jumpstyle,hardstyle... but HARDCORE!

sad, but true. you're all right guys. the problem of nowadays? you're in or you're out, no other choices. you know what I mean? in the 90s the different you sounded, the better it was. everyone had its style/point of view/taste, today people produce for the money. see what happened to house and trance music. in the 90s there was much more support and respect between the scenes. house/techno/trance/hardcore/dnb. a big family with different tastes (for everyone). the most I miss from music are the BPM!

the last one I liked was from melodyst - cocain soundtrack and maybe partyraiser vs destructive tendencies - sound becomes one
more artists needed to truly preserve the real gabber music but artists like above mentioned and let's say Unfamous is cool and The BeatKrusher
listen to Paul Elstak - Rage (unfamous and Radiate remix)
this is hardcore and not this shit from MOH

Animals is bad but the other track is ok.
Hardcore is stil Good but u need to search for the beast tracks.
Knock Knock & the deadfaced dimension of angerfist are 2 of them.
Also manslaughter syndicate anthem is hot as hell.
Hardcore is still growing strong but it needs a flashback.
The kicks from 2005-2009 are waaaaaay better.
The kick of redemption by art of fighters (not very sure about that) is the max u can go with distortion. I am actually very curious about Paul elstak
