Maybe you are right, i don´t know and i can´t say. Is there any proof about that or are this just rumours ? As far as i know PITY not only releases hard electronic music (hardtechno,hardstyle,hardcore ......). I have seen trance releases done by them. So, that there just nothing without the CLA releases is a little bit hard to say. Anyway have a look here https://1gabba.net/node/21466.
