"DJ Paul Elstak Ft. Ruffian - Rage" isn't full version so this release is not truly WEB version of "OFF001".
The version uploaded in this archive is the same length as on this CD:
http://www.discogs.com/DJ-Paul-Elstak-Offensive/release/177468
or as on this one:
http://www.discogs.com/Paul-Elstak-The-Best-Of/release/2868976
Anyway, same length as the version made available for download on Hardtunes.
Full length should be something around 05:15 as you can see from the vinyl release:

Scene group(s) should pay more attention to this issue:
Separate tracks on various download portals does not automatically mean they are full WEB versions from earlier vinyl pressings.
So be careful before bundling tracks together and releasing them as WEB.

I guess buying from legit outlets is probably the best thing to do when you download for free you should expect, cut rips,Youtube rips,bandcamp rips, and all other transcodes and low quality rips you can think of.I think these rippers cater to teens or people who just want cheap music for their ipods.maybe buy your music instead of relying on Scene groups who mainly upload for hotlink clicks/profit (they will say that's not the case) but if it wasn't they wouldn't use these hosts linkbucks etc. and resort to shady things like saying something is legit when it is not...
