A scene group like hM needs to release it first (i.e. find a supplier to get it for free from Ruffneck's bandcamp store) before it can be reuploaded to some filehost by some site like this one.
Try googling even a tiny bit about the Scene as the actual source for like 99% of releases you miraculously get here for free.

Yes, some here clearly understands that scene in 98% cases don't buy nothing, but i still left those 2 percent because of some of them may paid someday for stuff they get (probably), but i clearly don't understand then from where they got money to purchase cd's, ofcourse there is ways how to abuse sites, but they recieve cd's on real adresses, or they have fake ID's e.t.c ?!.
