Sigh, WEB shops sell only MP3/WAV files.
If a scene MP3 CD-rip shows up then you can pick cue file from it.

I guess/hope PCR just used TIT/Rige as an outsource CD pressing label/company because it involves some industrial hardware, specific experience and procedures compared to just uploading digital tracks to WEB shops.
Perhaps they wanted to keep PCR itself "pure" digital, without repeating tracks (and this CD is just compilation of tracks from previously released singles) - after all CD is growing to be just a collector's fetish of limited edition (several hundreds of copies or so).
And WEB edition got naturally tied to CD's cat.no (after all many older WEBs are actually same CD/vinyl rips - often quite FUBARed with modern "max amplification" sh-tty mastering).
