Why is this ripper a complete dumb motherfucker? When you have a high quality CD to rip, you fucking rip it to 320kbps CBR, not 192.

it was about 12 years ago, scene standarts were a bit lower, of course FLAC is preferred today, 320kbps is a history.

The fact that HDD capacities and ul/dl speed improved drastically doesn't mean MP3 "is a history". Ppl are generally capable to store more content (they might never bother to use even once) and in better quality, yes, but still only a minority got proper audio equipment and hearing capability to actually use that 20Hz-20kHz range and tell the decisive difference between MP3 and lossless.
Also far from every scene CD-rip release was ripped by scene group itself (same for vinyl rips or WEBs) so don't consider yourself "trolled" or "robbed" of lossless source when you see (free) MP3 rips. Better than nothing.
Tho I personally don't appreciate the sports "get all genre's compilations ever released" with all the same tracks (usually mixed or cut) that can be found at singles.
