eeeeeeeeeeeea!!!!!!!!!!! thnx

Why post a vinyl rip when the album was also released on CD with the same song unmixed?

Better quality, less time to rip

#3

Lolwut, mixed songs at vinyl release? You better recheck it.
Naturally tracks' lengths of a vinyl rip can't _exactly_ match CD ones but they're still full versions. Actually it's CDs that have mixed or cutted tracks vs. original/initial vinyl releases.
Anyway as vinyl rip it was scene-released only today, so despite the age of it nostalgic OP found it deserving to be reposted.

#4

What I meant was that the CD has unmixed tracks just like the vinyl so one could better post a Flac/320 version of the CD than rip the vinyl

#5

...plus it's actually better compared to 160 kbps CD rip at gabber.od.ua (and VA-Dreamteam_This_Is_A_Dream_Come_True-CD-1993-MiM is not quite trivial to find).

#6

CD is all digital so a 160kbps CD rip could sound better than a 192kbps vinyl rip full of cracks and ticks.

#7

"Digital" for a year 1995 release isn't too much of a quality boost.
Besides if you actually downloaded vinyl rip (or at least read nfo) you'd know it's vbr -v0. "Cracks and ticks" depend on the vinyl condition and scene rips (especially ripped in modern times) usually don't have too many of 'em to notice.

Awesome!
