If you can distinguish VBR from 320kbps then complain, but since any decent MP3 compression above 128kbps results in unnoticeable loss I highly doubt you will be able to.

V0 > 320 any day.
No audible quality loss, more HD space.
Saves me from tracking down flacs and converting them to V0 without having to transcode the 320.

it's got nothing to do with HB its amazon.jp that sells the tracks in VBR quality they were just being quick to release it before the other groups release it. no need to go off at HB :)
