#5

fuсk you, fuсkin fuсk, WEB should be WEB, not vinyl

#6

web & vbr has nothing to do with vinyl & vbr lol

what a bunch of morrons

#7

Calling each other names :')

I hate VBR also, why not 320kbps?

#8

VBR because it's converted from WAV to MP3...But fuck this,i want 320 too..

#9

nanananana u dont get 320 nanananana

cry babies ... bitrate fuckers dont care about music. Try listening it and forget about the magic 320 number

why not cry more and cry for FLAC even better

I hope they keep releasing VBR just to irritate the losers in the comments above har har

#10

what is so bad about "VBR"?? i dont know enough about it, would someone please be so kind and explain me? :)

#11

dont believe everything you read. There is nothing wrong with VBR its just another encoding for mp3 instead of 320.... listen to the music it just sound great

all scene cd's are also in vbr and you dont hear any complaints about that. It are just a bunch of kids who dont know the difference in bitrates and always asume 320 stands for best quality...

To be short : VBR is just as good as 320....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Variable_bitrate

In short with variable bitrate MP3s, the encoder automatically detects which bitrate is most apropriate for the sound being encoded, live. This means that when there is little sound to be heard, the encoder encodes the MP3 with a low bit rate (as low as 16 kbps or less), but when there is very complex sound to be heard, the encoder uses a much higher bit rate (up to 320 kbps) to attain better sound reproduction. It saves space and it is generally the same sound quality and will sound better, especially in the high frequencies.

#13

amen to that !!

#14

wikipedia says it all

"The advantages of VBR are that it produces a better quality-to-space ratio compared to a CBR file of the same data"

so VBR is even better then 320 n00bs

Not even a single comment on the actual release!!Just moaning wankers who know fuck all about anything!
-Summer is calling-Nice throbbing kick n bass, not too keen on the melody and the main break, pretty cheesy for a Thera release.
-The bassline-Pretty much the same again, really good track until its breaks down, then it just goes to cheesy trance like melody and Dj Gollum-esque bassline.
I hope this isn't the way Thera records intends to go into the future!

My thoughts exactly. Seems slowly but surely Theracords has been getting lighter and cheesier with every release this year. It does seem to coincide with summer though so hopefully once we start getting into fall/winter we'll see a return to the old Theracords. Still, as cheesy as this is for them. It's still far harder than anything Scantraxx/Fusion/Italian/Titanic are pushing out these days.

Again, I have to agree with Mortician, I like the baselines, but, what's up with this cheesyness?
Especially with the sound of Theracords. Its suppose to be Raw, Dark, Hard ETC.

Commercial dreams I doubt...
