indeed i use: Medieval Cue splitter.. it is free en works great

is it me or does CD1 03 The R3belz - State Of Mind sounds distorted? like it is recorded with the volume to high.
Noticed the same thing on the WEB Release of the Track

there are videos on youtube and tutorials in the net which show you how to use it. But to be honest, you don't need them because the control is pretty easy.

Not possible but:
You can just create a cue sheet manual. Helpful tools are mp3DirectCut ("http://mpesch3.de1.cc/mp3dcscr.html") or any other tools that can display audio streams more precisely.
Look at a cue sheet from a scene release or look here "http://wiki.hydrogenaudio.org/index.php?title=Cue_sheet" to see how a cue sheet is constructed.
If you know the tracks, fill the performer and title commands. That is the easy part.
Now find out the times for the INDEX command.
But be careful! A normal INDEX looks so: INDEX 01 00:00:00 (mm:ss:ff)
mm = minutes
ss = seconds
ff = frames (The last number is in frames (1/75 of a second), NOT milliseconds!)
Read the three sentences on http://wiki.hydrogenaudio.org/index.php?title=Cuesheet about INDEX.
The most programs like Adobe Audition display the time with milliseconds at the end not with frames. Multiply with 75 to calculate to correct frame number. E.g. A track of a dj mix starts at 1h 42min 21sec 400ms (milliseconds) (msec) => 102:21:30 (mm:ss:ff) (1h = 60min +42min = 102min : 21sec : 400ms = 0,4sec * 75 (frames per second) = 30 frames
