As HB said, it's a 'race' so get used to the degradation in scene quality, i.e. VBR. Come on other scene groups, PROPER their s.h.i.t.e releases!

+1, that is the rules should be altered so groups can proper a release if there's a higher quality available (I was under the impression this was the rule anyways??). Releasing CD's as VBR rips is fine imo as they originate from a physical source, but why go VBR for unmixed tracks that originate most likely from a WAV file?

the cds would also originate from a wav file, why shouldn't they be 320 then? the difference between 320 and vbr is barely audible (if at all), i don't see why you guys are complaining.

CD Process: WAV > CD > VBR Encode
WEB Process: WAV > MP3 Encode (if that's what you choose to buy)

No complaining going on buddy, it's called a discussion. Anyways, why would you want VBR when there's CBR 320's available?

1. at the time of buying the release is ONLY available in VBR from amazon
2. HB buys there ... quality is good... so what respect for that
3. if your pathetic little ass want 320 go BUY morrons. The scene isnt ment for p2p parasites like us so it will never get PROPERED nor will the rules be changed about this

The scene is about music not bitrates. If quality is good its accepted and hell yes quality is good

i see nobody complementing HB on bringing you stuff free... tells something about the crowd nowadays
