Usenext have nothing to do with the binary usenet itself.. usenext are scammers, usenet is the best way to download (way better than torrent crap), i can download movies, music, apps, games with 1gbit/s (1000mbit/s) if my isp and transfer rate of my hdds could handle it. No fucking way filesonic or torrent can beat this. With my dutch ziggo 120mbit fiber internet i've downloaded 550gb in 17 hours (:

ADMIN, please read: Can you post a stickied thread that deals with the current file host/SOPA situation? I think it would be appropriate, since the topic is popping up under almost every release here on 1gabba. One centered thread would make having discussions a lot more easy.

As far as I know these filehost problems have nothing to do with SOPA (it didn't pass anyway). These are just filehosts panicking and deleting their shit because they fear that the feds are coming after them too. In reality the FBI had big pile of evidence of money laundering and promotion of piracy against MU and that's why it's down. These other filehosts are doing basically what MU is doing and that's why they are deleting their files and only allow uploaders download their own. Or then it's just an investor panicking.

I suggest we use bayfiles.com for the time being.
