you're correct, i was listening to the radio edit on youtube which is 2.27.

it has some nice ideas, but it is essentially a kicktool. gearbox producers especially don't even bother to make proper intros or structure anymore, it's just about "how many kicks can i fit in a short space of time"

more like 3 minutes but yes, i agree that modern tracks could be longer. 4 or maybe even 5 minutes are kind of a sweet spot if you ask me. its still a nice track though.
