Truly awful album. Trying to latch on to the made up genre slowtempo Mad Dog tried to create that doesn't exist, it's just slow hardcore, that has always existed. Once you hear the first two songs you have heard all of them, nothing changes, just atmospheric kicks for 5 mins in every song, barely no other sounds. This is not the way.

When will the correct version of the CD finally be released, where CD 1 and CD 2 are in the mix and CD 1 and CD 2 are in one file as a single piece?

Of course. I usually only write reviews after listening to the actual music. My first opinion was that it was very weak musically and mastering-wise. Promo was never an outstanding artist, but one or two of his tracks are more than good.

Have you even listened to it fully or just skipped through to make quick comments? This album is fantastic

You do realise that we are all relying on a scene group to release the 2CD. Last year's release was pre'd as 2CD in May 2024 by OTTS.

This is a real banger

I feel like the last good anthems were made between 2012 and 2013. Since then, they just make ordinary tracks with some X festival vocals (sometimes they don't even have any) and call it a day. Truly sad.

This anthem have not the spirit of Defqon.1, melody is basique, it's a big fail

As someone who doesnt listen to much hardstyle I gave this a go and was pleasently surprised how much I liked it. "2 The Dancefloor" is my personal fave but they are all nice tracks and I enjoyed the "music science" concept behind the album. Production is also brilliant.
