Of course. I usually only write reviews after listening to the actual music. My first opinion was that it was very weak musically and mastering-wise. Promo was never an outstanding artist, but one or two of his tracks are more than good.

The album is terrible. The mixing and mastering is awful. The kicks are lost in the synths in half the tracks. There's probably 2 half decent tracks on the entire album, anyone who has released on TTM in the last 2 years is making far superior music than Promo now. Shows how much people actually understand music who listen to hardcore if you think this is good.

You do realise that we are all relying on a scene group to release the 2CD. Last year's release was pre'd as 2CD in May 2024 by OTTS.

Thanks for the comment, people with accounts and a love for a specific genre here should comment more - since I went a bit lazy, because Hardcore productions are lazy, too ... And maybe also promote some newcomers, if they are simply good.
Back then I could simply click on a release and I was mostly satisfied. That's nearly 20 years ago lol.

I feel like the last good anthems were made between 2012 and 2013. Since then, they just make ordinary tracks with some X festival vocals (sometimes they don't even have any) and call it a day. Truly sad.

As someone who doesnt listen to much hardstyle I gave this a go and was pleasently surprised how much I liked it. "2 The Dancefloor" is my personal fave but they are all nice tracks and I enjoyed the "music science" concept behind the album. Production is also brilliant.
